The "Quarterly Journal of Sports Physiology and Athletic Conditioning" (JSPAC) is published and owned by Islamic Azad University, East Tehran Branch. It has been licensed under reference number 67418/1399, dated March 6, 2021, by the Vice Chancellor for Humanities and Arts of Islamic Azad University. We cordially invite researchers to submit their scientific articles in different fields of exercise and sport physiology, nutrition, athletic conditioning, and the application of these disciplines to enhance sports performance and athlete recovery. The JSPAC aims to encompass a wide range of areas, including team sports, individual sports, performance aspects of environmental physiology, sports nutrition, strength and conditioning, biomedical science, and applications of sports technology. The journal will appeal to sports scientists, sports physicians, coaches, academic researchers, students, and other professionals in the related areas
